Terms of service

The terms for using OneBuckVideo by Thinkelution.

The service

OneBuckVideo, operated by Thinkelution, turns your images, website content and brief into editable scripts and generated promotional videos. By creating an account, purchasing credits or using the service, you agree to these terms. Contact vivek@thinkelution.com with questions.

Your account

Use an email address you control, protect your sign-in credentials and notify us of unauthorized access. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you act for a business, you must have authority to do so.

Your content and permitted use

You retain your rights in content you submit. You authorize us and our service providers to process, store and transform that content as needed to provide the features you request. You must have the rights and permissions needed for uploaded images, captured websites, brands, likenesses, scripts and other material.

Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive or abusive content, impersonation, unauthorized access, or interference with the service. Do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential third-party material unless you are authorized to process it through this service.

A.I output and third-party assets

A.I output can be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to output produced for others. Review scripts, factual claims, narration and videos before publishing. We do not guarantee exclusivity, copyright protection or clearance of every generated element. You remain responsible for your advertisements and any required permissions.

Clip art and other third-party assets retain their own licenses and any attribution requirements. Review the license information supplied with the artwork. Your ability to use an exported video commercially depends on the rights to its component content.

Credits, prices and delivery

The price shown before a generation or purchase controls that transaction. Currently, $1 buys 100 credits; script generation uses 70 credits, with video rendering charged separately by resolution. The free sample has its own displayed limits. Purchased credits do not expire. Credits are service credits, not a bank balance or transferable currency.

Payments are processed through PayPal. This service currently uses prepaid credit purchases, not an automatic subscription. Digital scripts and videos appear in your account when processing completes; completion times vary with workload and provider availability. Price or feature changes apply prospectively, subject to applicable law.

Failures and refunds

Failed script and video jobs automatically return the credits charged for that job. Payment refunds, including requests about unused purchased credits, are reviewed case by case under our refund policy. A successful credit purchase does not guarantee that a particular creative result will meet every preference.

Availability, restrictions and account closure

We may maintain, update or temporarily interrupt the service, and restrict accounts where reasonably needed to prevent abuse, protect users or comply with law. Contact us to request account closure or help exporting your work. We will consider any unused purchased credits under the refund policy and applicable law.

Responsibility and legal rights

We aim to provide a reliable service, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free results. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer protections, payment dispute rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Questions or disputes should first be raised with us using the contact address above.

Privacy and updates

Our privacy policy explains how information is processed. We may update these terms, publish the revised date, and provide notice of material changes where required. Changes do not remove rights already accrued under applicable law.
