Refund policy
Clear rules for failed jobs, unused credits and payment questions.
Effective date: 2 October 2026
Credits returned for failed jobs
If script generation or video rendering fails, the credits charged for that job are automatically returned to your OneBuckVideo balance. This is a return of service credits, not a cash refund to PayPal. If the credits do not return or a charge looks incorrect, contact us so we can investigate.
Payment refunds and unused credits
Thinkelution reviews payment refund requests case by case, including requests about unused purchased credits, duplicate payments, technical issues and circumstances where the service was not delivered as expected. A refund is not automatic or guaranteed; the review takes account of the payment, credits already used, what happened and any rights that apply under law.
A.I-generated creative results vary. We encourage you to try the free sample and review the script before paying for a render. If you are dissatisfied with a result, explain the issue when contacting us; we will review it with the relevant project and payment records.
How to request a review
Email vivek@thinkelution.com from your account email. Include the PayPal order or transaction reference, the purchase date, the project reference if relevant, and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or full card details.
If a payment refund is approved
We will confirm the amount and any adjustment to unused credits. Approved payment refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported by PayPal. The time for funds to appear depends on PayPal and your financial institution. We do not promise a bank settlement date.
No recurring subscription
Credit purchases are one-off payments. There is no recurring subscription to cancel, and purchased credits do not expire. You may stop using the service or contact us to close your account.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit refunds or other remedies required by applicable law, or any rights available through PayPal's dispute processes. See our terms and privacy policy for related information.
