Why we use this information
We use it to authenticate you, create and store your projects, generate scripts and voiceovers, render and deliver videos, process payments and credits, respond to support requests, investigate failures and prevent abuse.
Service providers
Our application and rendering server processes project content. Cloudflare D1 stores application records and Cloudflare R2 stores project media. Where the requested feature uses them, Anthropic processes inputs for A.I script generation, ElevenLabs processes narration for voice generation, and MailerSend delivers account and operational emails. Iconify provides artwork search and icon assets. Website capture makes requests to the website and resources you supply.
PayPal processes payments under its own privacy statement. These providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their processing is governed by their applicable terms and privacy policies.
Cookies and browser storage
We use an essential session cookie to keep you signed in and browser storage for preferences such as your theme. PayPal may use its own cookies and similar technologies when payment features load. You can clear browser storage or sign out; blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in.
Storage, access and retention
Project files are stored privately and access is checked against the signed-in account. Authorized administrators may access records when necessary for support, security and operations. We retain account and project information to provide the service, and payment and operational records as needed for accounting, disputes, fraud prevention and applicable legal obligations. Backup copies may remain until they are rotated or removed as part of recovery and retention procedures.
Your choices and requests
You can delete projects from your account. To request access, correction, an export, or deletion of your account and personal information, contact us from your account email. We may verify your identity and retain records where needed to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. Your statutory privacy rights depend on the laws that apply to you.
Security and changes
We use HTTPS and access controls to protect information in transit and restrict access. No service can guarantee absolute security. If this policy changes, we will update the date on this page and provide additional notice where required.
